Chaska Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Chaska, Minnesota. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any custodian, court, or public office.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service only for a lawful purpose. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Find a person protected by a restraining or protective order

3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Chaska Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a linked search result is a consumer report. Nothing obtained through it may be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Third-Party Links
Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools, publish their own terms and policies. We do not control or warrant their content, uptime, fees, or data practices.

11. Minnesota Law
Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-data requests directed to government custodians are governed separately by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13, rather than these terms.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
